I am able to cut and shape very small pieces with the saw and also
cut 3/4" stock without a tooth mark. So far the only limitations
seem to be my skill.
Now I'm not getting anything done! Instead all I do is look at it and marvel at it's beauty and quality. I think I'll throw out the models and build a glass case for the saw.
The Jim Byrnes saw is ... so accurate you can consistently cut plank strips down to a few thousands - thin enough to see light thru. My 2 cents worth - this is the highest quality I have ever seen!!!
